Cancel any time, in a click. No lock-in, no dark patterns, and honest refunds.
The short version: try a few stories free with no card. If you subscribe, you can cancel any time and keep access until the period you've paid for ends. If something's genuinely wrong, we'll make it right — we don't hide behind “no refunds”.
Try before you pay
A few stories are free to try with no card required, so you can see whether Stoic Sprout suits your family before subscribing.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, in a single step. Cancelling is as easy as signing up. When you cancel, we stop future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We won't make you call anyone or jump through hoops.
Refunds
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If the app fails to do what it should, isn't fit for its purpose, or isn't as described, you're entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund. Beyond that, if you've been charged by mistake, or something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.
How to ask
Email us at hello@stoicsprout.com with your account email and what happened, and we'll respond promptly. Payments are handled by our payment provider (a Merchant of Record), and we'll work with them to process any refund due.
Changes of price
If we ever change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be told in advance, and any change only takes effect from your next renewal — never mid-term.
